ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our customer care team at [your email].

  • After 1 hour, we begin processing your order to ensure prompt delivery and may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact our customer support team by emailing orders@ilaskin.co.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-cancellable once issued.

6. Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • Once billed, Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Rights)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU:
  • After your first payment, you have the right to cancel your subscription anytime before your next payment. This is a subscription and once a payment is made it is not eligible for a refund.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to availability or external factors.

  • Our total liability in connection with your Subscription shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

14. Governing Law
