Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue swiftly. We may request photographic evidence to help us process this.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
