At ilā, we want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible. That’s why we partner with trusted couriers to ensure every order arrives safely and with care.

UK Delivery
  • Cost: £5 (Free delivery on orders over £75)
    Timing: Orders placed before 1.00pm will arrive within 3–5 working days.
As all of our products are lovingly hand-blended in small batches, please bear with us during busy times or sale periods — your order may take a little longer, but we promise it will be worth the wait.

Europe & International Delivery
  • Cost: £25
Please note: Importation of cosmetics into Spain is prohibited 
unless you hold an import license issued by the Spanish Ministry of Health.

Customs

While we do everything possible to support smooth customs clearance, please be aware that the total order value does not include duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied in the recipient’s country. We recommend checking with your 
local customs authority before importing items that may be restricted or subject to fees. Ilā cannot be held responsible for any additional charges, delays, or the disposal of goods by customs.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your ilā products. Upon receiving your order, please check the items carefully. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you wish to cancel or you return them in line with our Returns Procedure. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If your order is incomplete or you have not received everything listed in your confirmation email, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. We are here to help Monday–Friday, 9.00am–4.30pm (UK time).

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided, allowing you to follow your delivery with the relevant courier.
